The Center for Management Development (CMD), a joint venture between Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and Rutgers Business School, has transitioned into two, separate executive education departments tailored to fit the unique capabilities of each school and your unique training and development needs. Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations now offers programs through its new Executive and Professional Education unit, and Rutgers Business School offers programs through its Executive Education.
Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations’ Executive and Professional Education (EPE) develops and delivers innovative training solutions to strengthen individuals’ and organizations’ human resources, labor and employment relations, leadership, and management and administration skills. Instructors are Rutgers University faculty members and industry experts in a variety of specialized fields. Program participants can earn certifications and academic graduate credits within the School of Management and Labor Relations.
