Human Resource Management Essentials

Program Overview

This series of workshops covers the different functional areas that comprise the field of Human Resource Management, including talent recruitment, effective interviewing, performance management, training, and HR law. Presented by experts at the forefront of the latest developments in their field, each workshop focuses on the skills necessary for the job and offers practical suggestions for applying these skills in real-world situations.

Format:

Certificate option: 9 workshops within a 3-year period

Non-Certificate option: Any number of workshops

Each workshop is offered once in the Fall and once in the Spring

CREDIT AVAILABLE:

For those interested in academic graduate credit, a 3 credit course waiver is available for an MHRM degree. Please contact RutgersCMD for further information.
