Dr. Bill Castellano is Executive Director of Rutgers Center for Management Development and former Director of the Center for HR Strategy. He is also a member of the Strategic HR Leadership Council and Professor of Strategic Human Resource Management at Rutgers University. His research, teaching, and consulting activities are focused on the effective management of contract human capital and strategic alliances, employee engagement, and aligning business and human resource strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Bill has over thirty years of experience working in corporate Fortune 50, entrepreneurial and research environments. Prior to joining Rutgers University, he was a Managing Partner at an executive search firm and a Chief Marketing Officer at a national HR outsourcing company. He also held senior HR management positions at Merrill Lynch and Manufactures Hanover Trust where he was involved with human resource strategies and practices that supported both individual business groups and the global enterprise. Bill is a noted researcher publishing his work in practitioner and academic journals and has become a noteworthy speaker at national HR and business conferences.
