is a 34-year veteran of the energy services industry where he has held a number of operating management and corporate leadership positions for Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G). Gordy was the first manager of strategic planning for the electric utility business where, among other accomplishments, he led the development of an international generation strategy, strategies leading to the de-regulation of the generation industry in NJ, and the multi-year business plan. He led the company’s development of process management and re-engineering for three years, where he was responsible for numerous process teams that created over $30 million in cost reductions. For the last ten years of his career at PSE&G, Gordy was a senior manager in the Supply Chain Management organization. He also teaches in the Rutgers MBA and Executive MBA programs and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for Supply Chain Management.
